We understand that circumstances can quickly change. If you find yourself in a situation where you think you may not be able to make your next payment or you’re struggling with the amount you need to pay, please get in touch and have a chat with one of our friendly team. We care and there are things we could do to help.
The sooner you do this the better. We want to help you have a good night’s sleep and also make sure you don’t get into a position where there is a negative impact on your credit file, which could affect your ability to get credit in the future.
It’s worth reminding you that we never charge any fees for missed or late payments, you only repay what you agreed when your loan started. So, that’s one less thing to worry about.
